Application for Regular Membership
The Regular Member application form should be filled out electronically. Once completed electronically, the form will be automatically emailed to the Membership Chairman listed below and to the Secretary-Treasurer who will in turn bill you by mail for the $10.00 application fee.

Application for Associate Membership
The Associate Member application form must be printed on your local printer. Please complete all information requested on the application and mail along with your check for $10 to Thomas Brower, 1604 Kingsgate Court, Yukon, OK 73099.
